About The Position
Baker is seeking an experienced and polished Sales Associate to join our Atlanta showroom team. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most respected names in luxury furnishings while building meaningful relationships within the design community. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment and understands the importance of white-glove customer service, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury sales, high-end customer service, or the furniture/design industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Passion for interior design, furnishings, and the client experience
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented showroom environment
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow relationships with designers, clients, and industry professionals
- Deliver an elevated showroom experience with professionalism and hospitality
- Manage quotations, order entry, and customer communications with accuracy and urgency
- Serve as a trusted resource on luxury furnishings, finishes, fabrics, and product options
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction
- Participate in showroom events and help maintain an inspiring showroom environment
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
