The Sales Associate will assist customers with purchasing merchandise. This role involves greeting and interacting with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, demonstrating and explaining merchandise, and emphasizing product features. The associate will also prepare sales orders, build customer relationships by maintaining a computer database, and assist with resolving customer complaints and problems. Additionally, the role includes operating the cash register, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and assisting with stocking and restocking products.
