About The Position
My Sister's Attic, located in Desert Village at Pinnacle Peak, North Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for a Full Time Sales Associate. Our Purpose is to curate in-demand luxury apparel, accessories, and home goods, giving each piece a second life, with a legacy of expertise that customers and consignors trust. The Sales Associate / Showroom Floor Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while actively supporting the merchandising and physical setup of the showroom floor. This is a dual role position combining consultative sales with hands-on furniture and home furnishings movement.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs. with team lift assistance
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, active retail environment
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable manner
- Guide customers through the showroom and provide product information
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support consignor intake and item tagging as needed
- Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and visual standards
- Assist in the placement, relocation, and staging of furniture and home furnishings on the showroom floor
- Collaborate with team members on team lifts for large or heavy items
- Rearrange displays to reflect new inventory, seasonal changes, or sales directives
- Follow all safety protocols when moving merchandise
