About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to provide customer service and sell financial products and services. The role offers hourly pay plus bonus incentives. Associates are encouraged to take accountability for store performance, work independently, collaborate with the team, and build trusting relationships with customers. Duties may vary by store and include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The position requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to understand ACE’s range of financial products and services.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, communicate verbally, and actively listen.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus.
• May occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services.
• Communicate effectively with customers, empathize with their challenges, and build trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting customer relationships.
• Handle store services that may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality and comply with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work independently and take accountability for overall store performance.
• Travel locally, including to more than one store in a day when necessary.
