About The Position

Feeders Pet Supply Sales Associates help customers find appropriate pet products and provide information about pet care. The role includes caring for animals in the store, delivering a positive customer experience, operating the cash register, maintaining merchandise displays, stocking and rotating products, and keeping the store clean and safe. Employee training programs help associates develop pet-care and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for animals in the store, including feeding and watering them, cleaning their enclosures, and following company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate knowledge of store products, services, and promotions.
• Operate the cash register accurately, enter sales information, receive payments, process credit card transactions, and make correct change.
• Merchandise products to keep the store neat and presentable.
• Assist with store resets and build or change endcaps.
• Stock shelves with products from trucks or the warehouse.
• Rotate perishable goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
