About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to join its team. Sales Associates help deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and maintain an appealing store environment. The role also includes promoting additional products when appropriate, following loss-prevention procedures, supporting colleagues, and completing assigned tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
