About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional service, connecting with customers, identifying their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting the store’s membership program. The role supports sales performance and store success by maintaining a positive and welcoming environment and promoting products with enthusiasm and energy.

The position also involves processing transactions, maintaining merchandise displays and inventory, keeping the store clean and professional, and supporting promotions and sales events. The associate must be able to access and organize stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols. A flexible schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, potential overnight shifts, and travel as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.

• Basic math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers, offer assistance, and manage multiple customers at once.
• Use product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, direct customers to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and stay knowledgeable about product availability.
• Maintain organized and attractive product displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Perform inventory tasks, including restocking and organizing products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend and sell merchandise effectively.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
