About The Position

Little Words Project is hiring Sales Associates for its Pop-Up experience at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, beginning in November. The role focuses on bringing the brand story to life, helping guests discover meaningful bracelets, and creating memorable shopping experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Associates connect with guests, support sales goals, maintain the sales floor, assist with merchandising and inventory, and collaborate with the team during busy periods.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of connecting with guests and working as part of a team.
A natural sales mindset and interest in making recommendations that help guests find meaningful products.
A positive, flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to find solutions.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed.
Belief in and enthusiasm for the Little Words Project mission.

Nice To Haves

Retail experience is preferred.
Disney park experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Connect with guests, share the Little Words Project mission, and make personalized product recommendations.
Process POS transactions accurately and answer guest questions to provide an excellent checkout experience.
Contribute to store sales goals and KPIs through recommendations, guest engagement, and strong customer service.
Keep the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and visually inviting.
Assist with inventory intake, product replenishment, visual merchandising, and clienteling.
Help capture fun, authentic in-store moments and support an engaging brand experience.
Collaborate with the team and assist wherever needed during busy periods.
Perform other duties as directed by the Store Leader or other store leadership.
