About The Position

The Sales Associate helps customers find premium-quality eyewear and contributes to the success of a Sunglass Hut shop-in-shop located inside a Bass Pro store. The role provides an authentic, enjoyable customer experience, offers tailored eyewear recommendations, and supports sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to maintain a positive, inclusive environment and a clean, organized, visually appealing store. Retail or customer-service experience is helpful but not required; enthusiasm for serving customers and learning is emphasized.
