About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is a rapidly expanding boutique fitness franchise that offers dynamic Pilates workouts through its unique BODYBAR method across studios in the U.S. The company aims to establish the industry standard for Pilates instruction and experience, emphasizing strength, form, and a positive atmosphere. The team, from instructors to front desk staff, is driven by positivity, passion, and purpose. BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Sales Associate to expand its member base and cultivate an exceptional studio environment. This role involves driving sales, providing member support, and embodying the BODYBAR ethos, all while collaborating with a motivated team. It is a part-time position with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

Requirements

Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
Passionate about fitness
Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
Proficient with computers and studio software
High school diploma or equivalent
