This is a relationship-first, guest-facing role where the associate will build genuine connections with guests, understand their preferences, and help them find pieces that make their space feel like home. The ideal candidate genuinely loves connecting with others, is enthusiastic about the store environment, and finds joy in helping customers create a home they love. The role involves inspiring customers with furniture, accessories, florals, and design in a beautifully curated and ever-changing space.
