Requirements

- Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Lift or help lift heavier items and boxes
- Bend down to pick up towels, trash, and other items from the floor
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
- Work independently during shifts when needed
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services
- Help meet individual and team sales goals
- Use basic computer systems to support daily tasks and client interactions
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and ready for clients
- Clean tanning rooms and equipment between client visits
- Help maintain the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
- Work closely with teammates in an upbeat, fast-paced environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures
