About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop in Bellevue. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences and assisting with exciting merchandise presentations that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate helps bring the brand's collections to customers and contributes to store and business goals through relationship-based selling, customer service, merchandising, and accurate transaction processing.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, the merchant group, and others to resolve problems.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Maintain knowledge of products, merchandise lines, promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and carry out company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
