Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service and support business with the merchant group.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Stay informed about product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
