About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the J.Crew brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and collaborate with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience grounded in collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

This is a seasonal position. The hourly pay range is $15.00–$15.52. Pay may vary based on factors including work location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role may also offer bonus opportunities and eligible benefits and perks, subject to work location, employment type, and eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Bring forward new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, acting in alignment with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
