About The Position

Our Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The primary goal is to share a love of fashion and create an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves engaging with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and supporting store operations. Associates work collaboratively to maintain a positive environment for customers and coworkers.

The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. Employees may need to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds. The stated pay range is USD $14.00–$17.50 per hour. Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a merchandise discount. Eligible store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
