About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work effectively with teammates and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Bring new ideas, navigate uncertainty, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, acting in accordance with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
