As a Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming experience for clients, provide excellent customer service, recommend products and services, help maintain a clean salon, and support daily operations. Requirements

Comfortable talking with clients and making product/service recommendations
Willingness to work in a sales-focused environment
Ability to multi-task and stay organized during busy shifts
Basic computer skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Stand and walk for extended periods of time
Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
Lift or help lift heavier items and boxes
Bend down to pick up towels, trash, and other items from the floor
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
Work independently during shifts when needed

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service
Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services
Help meet individual and team sales goals
Use basic computer systems to support daily tasks and client interactions
Keep the salon clean, organized, and ready for clients
Clean tanning rooms and equipment between client visits
Help maintain the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
Work closely with teammates in an upbeat, fast-paced environment
Follow all company policies and procedures
