About The Position

One Automotive Group is hiring a Sales Associate for its Hyundai store at Ken Vance Motors Inc. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The position is suited to people who enjoy meeting and helping others, building relationships, and learning. Automotive experience is not required; training and support are provided. The Sales Associate helps customers through the vehicle-buying process and works to create an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Compensation includes a base amount and monthly performance bonuses. Requirements

Professional with excellent communication skills.
Available to work evenings and Saturdays; the dealership is closed Sundays.
Valid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers in person, online, and over the phone.
Learn the vehicle lineup and product technology.
Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs.
Demonstrate vehicle features through test drives.
Follow up with customers to support an exceptional ownership experience.
Generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding customer service.
