About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual needs and preferences, and contribute to a welcoming, organized store environment. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to deliver high-quality service and support team success. The role emphasizes inclusion, respect, customer relationships, sales performance, and ongoing learning.
