About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Health Enthusiast to help customers with health and wellness products. The role focuses on engaging customers, building product knowledge, achieving sales and productivity goals, and maintaining store standards. Associates work with a team and may perform additional duties as required. The estimated pay range is $15.00–$16.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• Enthusiasm and ability to engage customers effectively.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Build product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Maintain store upkeep and follow loss prevention standards.
• Process receipts in a timely manner.
• Keep shelves stocked and ensure products are priced correctly.
• Process customer transactions efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as required.
