Requirements

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing retail environment.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Confidence communicating with customers and collaborating with teammates.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain organised in a busy environment.
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high store standards.
A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
Valid Right to Work status.

Responsibilities

Delivering an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers warmly, offering proactive support, and building genuine connections.
Providing personalised product recommendations, sizing guidance, and fit advice to help customers find exactly what they need.
Confidently recommending complementary products and complete outfit solutions that add value to the customer journey.
Promoting Gymshark Membership and communicating its benefits clearly and authentically.
Supporting store performance by contributing to daily sales and service targets.
Maintaining exceptional visual standards across the shop floor, fitting rooms, and accessory displays.
Ensuring best-selling products are replenished, correctly sized, and always available for customers.
Processing deliveries, organising stockrooms, and supporting inventory management activities.
Handling customer queries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Collaborating closely with teammates across the sales floor and back-of-house to ensure smooth store operations.
Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Adapting to changing priorities and jumping between tasks to support the needs of the business.
