About The Position

Bob Bell Chevrolet of Baltimore is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for Chevrolet vehicles. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure, offering an earning potential of up to $120,000+ per year based on performance. The position is located at the dealership in Baltimore, Maryland, and reports to the Sales Manager. Tech-savvy individuals with Internet and AI experience are desired.

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends
  • At least one previous job with customer experience required
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and ability to learn dealership software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain customer relationships & create customers for life.
  • Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of Chevrolet vehicles
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to convert leads into sales
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, pricing, and promotions
  • Collaborate with other dealership departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Complete sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
