About The Position

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for Target Optical guests by combining product knowledge, experience, and personality with each guest’s needs. The role helps customers find quality eyewear and products from trusted fashion brands while supporting the store’s mission to provide a welcoming, high-value vision care shopping experience.

The associate builds relationships with new and returning customers, offers tailored eyewear recommendations, and contributes to sales goals. They work with teammates and leadership, maintain an organized and appealing store, and help create an inclusive, respectful environment. Training and collaboration support continued learning and growth.

This is a part-time position for an existing vacancy. Compensation depends on factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Prior optical retail experience or familiarity with optical products.
