About The Position

Riser Fitness is a multi-unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system, established in 2013. The company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate for a Pilates studio. The role supports the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service, with a focus on sales and customer relations to provide clients with a positive experience. This is a part-time position offering an hourly wage of $17 plus commission on sales, with opportunities for growth into additional sales and management positions.

Requirements

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
Attend special events and trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

Execute the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales, to meet and exceed sales goals established by the General Manager.
Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
Learn and communicate knowledge of products, programs, and pricing, and emphasize and enforce the studio’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
Participate in grassroots and community events, including health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events, to promote the studio.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
Support the General Manager with sales and customer relations.
