About The Position

B Turners is seeking a dependable and organized Retail Sales Associate with at least 2 years of clothing retail experience to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, friendly personality, and the ability to merchandise product on floor. Schedule is flexible but will be required to work Saturdays, rotating Sundays and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of consecutive retail experience preferred
• Dependable and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels. This includes processing freight that comes to the store.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
• Attend and maintain dressing rooms as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
