Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
The Sales Associate assists clientele and supports the operational and sales needs of the business. The role requires understanding the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including its lifestyle, clients, merchandise, and heritage, and demonstrating its selling culture to deliver a strong client experience. The associate helps drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, awareness of market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening and communication. The position is part-time, hourly, and non-exempt, based in a Lilly Pulitzer retail store. Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required due to seasonality. The position is reviewed annually.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.

- Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip.
Responsibilities
- Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand concept, including its lifestyle, clients, merchandise, and heritage.
- Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and support the client experience.
- Drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening and communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Help maintain visual and operational standards established by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
- Provide the store management team with ongoing feedback about selling opportunities and successes.
- Understand, embrace, and exhibit Lilly Pulitzer’s Core Values.
- Collaborate effectively with others in alignment with the company’s Core Values.
- Comply with Lilly Pulitzer policies and the Code of Conduct in the Employee Handbook.
