About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, an online store, and a mobile app.

The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and assists with additional store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The position is at the St. Augustine Premium store. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate them, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty programs and encourage customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
