About The Position

The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales at the store. The ideal applicant will have proven success in sales, organization, problem and solving skills. They will also be responsible for maintaining merchandise and store appearance, as well as meeting and exceeding established individual as well as overall store sales goals. Must possess a passion for retail and dedication for advancement within the store team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located at our Woodbury Commons store, Central Valley. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes assisting customers with styling, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's visual presentation. The Sales Associate will also contribute to fostering a welcoming and professional store environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Retail experience
  • Effective communication skills and ability to provide feedback.
  • Must possess action-oriented skills and ability to lead by example on the sales floor.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and display effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work in environment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Approachable and effective listener.
  • Displays problem solving abilities and willingness to think outside the box for solutions.
  • Solid communication skills including the ability to work well in a team environment or independently when tasked
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
  • Must be a L’AGENCE brand ambassador, upholding dress code standards
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to reach overhead
  • Must be able to pick up 30-50lbs
  • Must be able to climb a ladder or stepstool

Responsibilities

  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Introduce the collection to clients
  • Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment
  • Maintain the store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures
  • Inventory compliance and awareness
  • Trusted key holder responsible for opening/closing store
  • Fully responsible for all store operations and administration when on a shift without the ASM or / Shop Manager
