Responsibilities

Talk with customers about their activities, goals, and what they're looking for
Learn how to provide personalized shoe fittings and help customers find the right fit
Recommend shoes, insoles, apparel, and accessories based on each customer's needs
Build knowledge of running shoes, fit technology, and industry brands
Help customers navigate options without overwhelming them
Ring up purchases
Pitch in with everyday store responsibilities
Work alongside a team that shares an interest in movement, fitness, and helping people
