About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome customers and help them find products for new babies, the first day of school, and other moments in their parenting journey. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive environment that values employees’ skills and talents. The role includes customer service, sales, point-of-sale transactions, replenishment, shipment support, and helping maintain a safe and clean store. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. The job description notes that duties may change or be reassigned at management’s discretion, and additional duties may be required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and assist multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel services as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
