About The Position

The Sales Associate will report to the Store Manager and is responsible for ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store, aligning with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
- Protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor.
- Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
- Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
