About The Position

This role involves not just selling jewelry, but providing exceptional, personalized service, working towards individual and group sales objectives, maintaining the store's appearance and visual merchandising, and caring for our product through stock control and inventory support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of previous retail experience.
- Experience working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
- Availability during weekends.
- Advanced level of English is essential.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Goal achievement mindset.
- High motivation to grow and develop a professional career.

- Spanish knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional advisory and personalized service to customers, helping them find the perfect piece of jewelry.
- Work towards and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), individual, and group sales goals.
- Maintain the store's appearance through opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure product care, manage stock control, and support inventory processes.
