About The Position
Massage Envy Downey is hiring bubbly and responsible PART-TIME Front Desk Sales Associates who can perform daily tasks such as making phone calls, greeting customers, keeping up with the cleanliness of the clinic, making sales goals and building relationships with clients. REQUIRED AVAILABILITY: Saturday and Sunday: 9AM - 9PM. Weekdays: AM or PM. AVERAGE HOURS OFFERED: 15-25 hours.
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Always have a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answer the phone.
- Effectively and efficiently book appointments.
- Greets guests and members as they enter the clinic with a SMILE.
- Efficiently and effectively checks members in and out for appointments.
- Presents Membership Plans to all potential clients: talks to clients to understand their needs.
- Upsells and cross-sells plans that benefit their wellness or beauty goals.
- Feel comfortable and motivated to make sales.
- Maintains cleanliness of the facility.
- Maintains client files (electronically).
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
