About The Position

The Sales Associate at COSTELLOS ACE is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
  • Experience with customer service and client relationship management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics for handling transactions and inventory.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and able to lift merchandise as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail environment.
