About The Position
The Sales Associate shares the Orangetheory Fitness story with prospective and current clients, helps visitors understand the workout concept, and supports studio membership sales and day-to-day operations. The role is suited to an enthusiastic, positive communicator who is passionate about fitness, enjoys working with people, and thrives as part of a team. The position includes paid training and certifications, a free Studio Membership, product discounts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to learn different aspects of the business. - Have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
- Give studio tours.
- Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events.
- Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
