Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
