About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care, managing a portfolio of luxury and prestige brands. Our products are available in approximately 150 countries and territories. We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for our store at Carlsbad Premium Outlets.

Requirements

• University Bachelor's Degree or above in business-related disciplines.
• A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organizations.
• Strong business acumen with a cost-conscious, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage tight schedules.
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Good command of computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for Retailer, SMC, and Retailer.com.
• Execute brand campaigns.
• Provide department store notices for product information and program executions.
• Manage event logistics, including consolidating schedules, booking locations, monitoring reservations, and preparing analysis reports.
• Conduct livestream programs on the Retailer's online platform.
• Collaborate on DS/SMC channel programs.
• Arrange advertising exposure, including store mailers, direct mail ads, banners, campaigns, and outposts.
• Collect retailer promotion and competitor direct mail pieces.
• Process DS expense deductions.
