About The Position
Join Stretch Zone as a Sales Associate and play a key role in helping our members feel better, move better, and live better. Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time. The Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM) works with the stretch reflex to increase performance and mobility. The SZM Practitioner identifies postural and movement limitations and corrects them through specific applied stretching sessions. A career with Stretch Zone means continually improving in skill to further one's expertise and advance the industry.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience or a related background is preferred, but not required
- Comprehensive training provided
- As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
Responsibilities
- Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpening sales skills
- Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
- Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
