About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you help create memorable consumer experiences during the busiest times of the year. You share product and brand information, promote in-store offers, support sales goals, and work with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment. The role provides an opportunity to learn and contribute across store operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
• A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
• Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
• Ability to remain on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and continuously move around the store.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for periods of time.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, reports, and information on computer or register screens, and enter information into a computer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns and demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values.
• Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and share that knowledge with consumers as a brand ambassador.
• Follow HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
