About The Position

The Sales Associate is a vital member of our retail team, responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires a passionate, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to both individual and store-wide success. This is a unique opportunity to launch and shape a key market for L’AGENCE. As a Sales Associate of our new Dallas boutique, you will play a foundational role in building brand presence, being part of a high-performing team, and driving meaningful business growth with the support of a global luxury brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional retail experience is required.
  • Proven success in a sales-driven role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a L’AGENCE brand ambassador, upholding dress code standards.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and consistently exceed established individual and overall store sales goals.
  • Act as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's style and values.
  • Proactively introduce the collection to clients, sharing product knowledge and styling expertise.
  • Cultivate a welcoming, engaging, and client-centric in-store environment.
  • Possess and demonstrate an action-oriented mindset, leading by example on the sales floor.
  • Maintain impeccable store visual standards, merchandise presentation, and overall store appearance.
  • Ensure accurate Inventory compliance and awareness, including processing new shipments and transfers.
  • Uphold the store’s cleanliness and all required health and safety measures.
  • Adhere to all brand dress code standards, acting as a representative of the brand.
