About The Position

Pandora @ Outlet Collection Seattle is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the Pandora brand and can deliver a world-class customer experience. The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for surpassing sales goals and engaging customers. This position offers flexibility, allowing associates to work during peak hours and high-traffic periods, such as evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. The role involves supporting store operations and inspiring customers with product knowledge and styling advice.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Demonstrate results-oriented selling skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
