Five Daughters Bakery is seeking candidates for a Sales Associate role at our Franklin location. Requirements

Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach as tasks require.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility in the face of challenges.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Must be 18 or older to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and sales.
Develop and maintain product knowledge, including seasonal and new menu items.
Set up product displays, ensuring cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store, including wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, and washing trays and utensils.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Restock store items such as drinks, merchandise, utensils, and paper goods.
Organize and move delivered products to their designated areas.
Communicate shift issues to the on-duty Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
Record pertinent information such as spoilage and donation numbers, and daily cash deposits on spreadsheets at the end of the day.
Perform closing and end-of-day tasks, including preparation for the next day and handling pre-orders.
