About The Position

The Sales Associate assists and advises customers while working to maximize sales, under the supervision of the store management team. The role involves welcoming customers, helping them find products, explaining product quality, materials, and features, and suggesting complementary items. The Sales Associate also supports customers in fitting rooms, works toward personal sales goals, prepares and displays merchandise, maintains cleanliness in the store and backstore, shares information about new products, processes transactions, follows head-office policies and procedures, and performs other duties to support the team. This is a permanent, part-time position paying $13.26–$16.00.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers’ needs.
• Be proactive and conscientious.
• Be open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods, depending on availability.

Responsibilities

• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow policies and procedures established by head-office departments.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
