About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for Retail Sales Associates to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. We employ highly motivated, dynamic, and upbeat individuals to create and maximize sales for each location, while focusing on a team-oriented environment. This role involves creating a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for customers, meeting new people, and helping to keep the store clean, neat, and organized. The job also requires being active, selling shoes, and having fun. Requirements

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing

• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally?

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
