About The Position
We're a growing Medicare-focused agency hiring two closers who know how to sell to seniors and want a W-2 seat with a base, real commission, and a book that pays you every month it stays on the books. You get a steady hourly base, leads, and a residual structure that rewards you for selling policies that stick. The cleaner your book, the bigger your monthly check.
Requirements
- Life & health licensed (NJ; multi-state a plus) and AHIP-current or ready to get there.
- Experience selling Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, or final expense.
- Ability to build trust with seniors during sales calls.
- Clean persistency/chargeback track record.
- Ability to work in-office in Secaucus, NJ.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-state life & health license.
