About The Position

ACE Cash Express is hiring energetic, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Associates. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and focuses on helping customers identify appropriate financial products and services while delivering exceptional service. Associates are encouraged to take accountability for store performance, work independently, collaborate with teammates, and build trusting relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. Services may vary by store and include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Sundays are off, schedules are flexible, and associates are eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan, subject to the plan document. Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The role requires standing for extended periods and may involve sitting, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, verbal communication, and active listening. Employees must be able to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds may be required. The ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area is required, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
Ability to understand ACE’s financial products and services.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the described physical duties, including occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.
An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
