Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present and demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles and their features to potential buyers
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations
- Assist customers in the sales process, including test drives and financing options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and dealership policies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to support dealership growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
