About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method. We are hiring a results-oriented Sales Associate responsible for driving new membership revenue and studio growth. Approximately 90% of this position is dedicated to lead follow-up, booking first visits, conducting studio tours, handling objections, closing memberships, and following up consistently until a decision is made. Front desk support, such as checking members in and maintaining studio flow, represents approximately 10% of the role. We are looking for someone with a proven background in closing sales and confidence discussing pricing. This position reports to the Studio Manager.

Requirements

• Proven Consultative Sales experience REQUIRED (fitness, chiropractor, health & wellness)
• Comfortable discussing money and asking for commitment
• Competitive and motivated by performance
• Emotionally resilient and not discouraged by “no”
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Organized and disciplined with follow-up
• Strong phone presence and in-person confidence
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• High school diploma or equivalent
