About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you represent the brand through personal style and enthusiasm while bringing a welcoming presence to the sales floor. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while performing tasks.
• Champion new ideas and navigate uncertainty with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales and exceed selling and service expectations for customers.
• Complete operational and product-related store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in alignment with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
